Holiday Special

Crossfit 7 is going to offer a holiday service for fellow crossfiters that are non CF 7 members who may be in town visiting family and friends or don’t have access to their regular box during the holidays. The price is $20 dollars. This will cover you for classes from now till January 2nd.

    We have a heater in the gym. The only downside is potential CO poisoning. Although you won't know it's coming.
