My goal this year is to do 15 BW OHS. My 1RM is 135lb, and I have to get to 160lbs for BW – lots to do! Worked on OHS today (can't do power cleans yet with thumb). 5×75, 10×85, 13×95 (Pretty mad I only got 13 reps!). One last set at 3×105 and was done for the day.
