“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    Thanks for the warm welcome back to the rooster class. Between Paukune's shoulder, Newley's nad and my nipple we're the walking wounded. Had a hard time with the pull ups after my extended winter break. 353 reps.

    Amie – great job w the blog!!! The Roosters were glad to see Scotty Sankary has made a full recovery from his traumatic nipple injury – 332 (w modified pull ups)

    Tried to game it. 8s on PU, 12s on PS, max on SU and SQ. Next time will bump up PUs to 10 or 11.
