When January rolls around, it’s a fresh start, time to make resolutions. Did you know that 95 million people make resolutions each year, and by the end of the first week, 75 million people have already broken them. One week.
The most popular resolution is to “get in shape.” As a CrossFitter, you can check that off – you are there.
But, are you eating clean to fuel your body? How do you answer the question, “how are your eating habits?” Most of the time people answer that with “pretty good”, or “very healthy”, or occasionally “like crap”.
If you haven’t done so, you need to learn how to eat and what the foods you’re eating affect your body. You need to develop a plan, follow the plan, and then you need to tweak that plan as you go along.
Which brings us to GOOD EATS! Each week, we will post links, information, recipes, all things good related to Zone, Paleo and meals.
