    This was the first workout with weights I rx’d. I’m pretty psyched.

    Great workout. Max thruster 145. Metcon 6:15. Newley needs to do the Xfit trainer technology on-ramp class. Clock issues and ipod issues….fleetwood mack during the met con is never a good thing….
