Paleo can fool you? For it to do that it would…have…to…be ALIVE!

Me, I’m sticking with Soilent Green, because well it’s Green and thus must be good for you and the environment.

I want it to be known that when we were cleaning up after the painters, it was stated that I would be the first person to put a hole in the new walls. I got to the box today after school and noticed someone else beat me to it – the hole in the wall by the first platform is not mine!

OHS today (had to modify main site). Made the cardinal sin of oly lifts – chased a PR. Current PR is 135….125 felt great and I looked to 140….unfortuantely, couldn’t get past 135…

Great job to the 6PM class tonight! Way to embrace the suck and to stick it out. The paint job looks awesome in the box, by the way.

I think Amie did it. She has no alibi.

    Squat: 45X5, 95X5, 135X5, 185X5, 225X5, 245X3, 275X3X3

    WOD: 11:55

Double-unders killed. My shoulders were shot after the first round and I could spin the rope fast enough to string them together. Deadlifts were no problem.

Whiskey- You be quiet. I have video that I was on the platform with my name spelled in it in the devil writing, as Newley called it, which is no where near the hole. I will admit I dropped the weight on my head today, which takes more talent than putting a hole in the wall.

I’m also supposed to post when Whiskey squats 400 lbs., Ryan declared he would kiss Whiskey’s butt.

I believe he said he’d kiss my bare ass.
