My comment was simply going to be “No” but when I clicked on “leave a comment” I was informed that my “comment was a bit too short. Go back and try again.”

30 instead of 50 reps – 19:03 – no walking lunges (was left off the board) – knees to elbows were the worst for me

Dirty 30 14:57. Wall balls sucked. A speedy recovery to Newley and good luck to Paukune who is having shoulder surgery on Friday. What is happening to all the Roosters???? Old age I guess….

With wife just KO’d the idea. Oh well. Maybe Friday.

But to answer your question, I was probably just going to do the 30′s since I have been a couch potato for the last month.

And it would have if you had pushed the “m” and then the “y” keys.

I was either going to say that or comment on your wife pushing you around. I couldn’t really decide which way to go.

    27 and change. As rx’d.

31 as rx’d, except for screwing up the back extensions.

    K about a minute faster half 30s half 50s.

Also why are burpees so awful? There are no publications on this in Web of Science. Field is wide open.
