    Is the C7 "website team" using dial up?? A little late on the WOD post this afternoon – 6 am Rooster class had 10 people today – didn't lift enough to post – major issues w my C&J form

    I was telling a couple of people about Sage Burgener's blog today CLICK HERE…it has all things good about olympic lifting, great insight and tips! (and please read her post today – it's GREAT! With the holidays and time off we've all taken recently, we tend to beat ourselves up in WOD, rather than focus on what good things are happening!)

    I'm really, really proud of everyone that came in today. It is really a privilege to coach everyone at CF7 and to see the progress that is made day in and out. Today was spectacular, and I saw several great lifts today, great form (and before you say, "except mine", I want to note that I saw every single person do at least one lift flawlessly.)

    I forgot to post yesterday big CONGRATS to Andrea – two kipping pullups in a row! Good job!!!!
