Row 500 meters
135 pound Power clean, 12 reps
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps

    I think it was 15:50.

    Tough one. 5 rounds would have been brutal.

    I grossly underestimated this WOD – it was tough! I cannot imagine doing 5 rounds! I think my time was 19:21. My only saving grace was not breaking up the thrusters on the first and last sets.
