    For those of us, er I mean you, who are too weak and/or body composition challenged to do HS PU’s, how about a push press as a better scale then PU’s?

    I ran with Diane a few months ago and she was in a very bad mood. Hopefully, her attitude has changed.

    HSPUs are a total beating. Diane’s attitude has not improved.
