Friday WOD, 2/26/10

“Pet Rock”

3 Rounds for time:
1 arm Kettlebell swing, 15 reps
1 arm Snatch, 15 reps
1 arm Thruster, 15 reps
1 arm Turkish get up, 15 reps

All movements are done with a kettlebell. A round equals all reps done with the right arm, then all reps done with the left arm.

    Went to the 6 am class this morning and met the Roosters – GREAT GROUP!! They worked so hard on this WOD!! It’s tough, looked like lots of fun!!

    34:33 w/ 26lb the first two rounds and 15lb the last.

    I would have taken longer but I didn’t want to make the people who finished 10 minutes before me look bad.

    Funny Max. Karli’s hands are so freaked out from this workout that she can’t pick up her toothbrush. And its not even the weighted kind.
