    Total reps: 219 w/ 75lb push press

According to Newly 1000 is a good number to shoot for. Good luck with that afternoon class.

Following main site, and did Sat. main site WOD – a little late! 7 rounds 7 power snatch, 7 snatch balance, 7 OHS. I completely underestimated this WOD. Thought I could get all 7 rounds in by 4:30 class time (approx. 20 minutes). I got three rounds in, my shoulders were on FIRE! Taught class and had planned to finish then, but it was too cold. I’m a pansy…

You’re a pansy but you did a good job teaching class.

    Scored a 300: 70, 135, 42, 45, 8.
