“B Ladder”

Burpee
Body Weight Deadlift

Ladder format: First minute and half, do one burpee, one DL; second minute and half, do 2 burpees, 2 deadlifts. Continue until you cannot complete the round in the alloted time. Post rounds to comments.

    As usual only time for a wod is at the firehall. Did todays wod body weight 217 did 225 on the deadlift though 11 rds plus 12 burpees and 2 deadlift.

    Some people are amazing at burpees. K says doing them in snow is easier than cement.

    burpee/ body weight deadlift ladder..
    i used 205# for deadlift. bw# is 195#

    15 rds.
