Skill Work: Jerk
Work up to a heavy weight. Focus is on technique first, PR second.

1-10-1-20-1-30 Back Squat
Rounds with 1 rep will be heavy weight; rounds of 10-20-30 will be a challenging weight, not as heavy as your 1 rep rounds.

    Candice did a great job with the 6 O’clock class. She is very knowledgeable on the nuances of lifting technique. Reminds me a bit of Dutch, but that may just be a height thing. Turns out she is an ex Marine hand to hand instructor.
