    Walked in and Ryan said, “it’s like a long, drawn out Fran.” Not good.

    I did “Stephen” on Monday, and it was a tough WOD on the hamstrings. No matter how much I’ve stretched, they are so, so tight – felt them with every step today – yeouch! Rest day for me. Be back tomorrow.
