    Kind of misjudged this….should have gone more weight and taken a little longer ~ still had one or two lifts in me when I should have been wiped. Thanks Debbie for inspiring me to go extra 3x5s that brought me to the desired shaking point.!

    7:16 NOT as rx’ed. 135#. Front squats we an arse whipping but at least it was over with quickly. Lori, thanks for missing me….see you Roosters on Friday bright and early.

    First workout since late December. Intentionally took it easy so just did 95# and finished in 6:15. Still had to sit down afterward and let the woozy feeling pass. 6 weeks off is not a good thing. Glad to be back and was glad to see everyone except Max.
