    On Facebook: It is a hugely important resource. Most of my classes have their own pages and use it to discuss course material and stuff they find, study together and socialize. Ryan, strong advice here to use it for Xfit Seven.

    How did it go for gaming the Tabata to the low count?

    Whisky just made up for a lot of his racial slurs with this last weekend’s “party” ok shower. It was seriously sweet of him to do that for his bestest buddy.

    I miscalculated my abilities so not well. Still tough but I should have done about 11 and attempt to hit that number every round. I would say total reps is more of a beating than low number.
