On Tuesday we should do WOD #3 for the sectionals in Tulsa. It had some running in it and it’s going to be a nice day. I don’t remember what else is in it but I’m sure someone knows.

I’m with Max E on that WOD of Andrews – it is perfect:

No fricking burpee’s or PU’s. The only thing that would make it better would be to sub rowing for that pesky running.

Hey Minimum. Speaking of burpees, what exactly was that “scaled” burpee you were doing?

  15. Minimum Effort

Well, to really experience it, get yourself some 6 inch elevator shoes and put on the 40 lb weight vest. Start doing burpee’s and the scale will come naturally.

I think you are still living (in your mind) as if you are the same person who was just starting CF. You are not. You have improved your fitness so much. I am certain you can handle a real burpee now.
