    That is a site that Robb Wolf recommended for those of us working on “body composition.” Not exactly something you and the guy with the new soccer dad car have any hassle with.

    You’re just saying that!

    Also there is a difference between “not being fat” like you or LA, as opposed to “not being fat” like Whiskey. I am going to try that once in my life, take a pic or two for the back cover of my book, “Ronin On Everything” then go back to my more natural Buddha like body comp.

    Hope you all enjoyed our Paleo Chocolate Bars! We have remixed the recipe a few time to include blueberries, dried cranberries, and even beef jerky (pemican style). Delicious!

    We have a paleo cookbook coming out soon that is basically a web-sweep of all the paleo friendly recipes we could find, plus a bunch of originals we have come up with.

    Back to what I said on a previous post. Ronin, you may have been fat at one point, but you are no longer fat. Apparently, you have some fat still lodged between your ears though. ;-)

    And, FYI, I can carry more weaponry in the 4 door than I could in the 2 door.
