I sent evites to the email addresses I had. To reiterate it’s at my house at 2pm this Saturday.

    3451 Brady Ave
    Ft Worth, TX 76109

Mackey and Jo are registered at Wal*Mart and Target but a bag of tortillas will do if you want to bring a gift.

    Fellow Crossfitters,

As many of you may have heard, this past Sunday a local 32 yr old died after completing a half marathon in Dallas. Many of you have read stories, knew him, or saw the news over the past few days. I was proud to call him a great friend. Mark Austry was an avid outdoorsman and athlete that played college baseball (Texas Tech) and played for the FW Cats after graduation. He was a in excellent shape, which is the huge mystery in his death – no preexisting conditions known, he was fit, and had great cardio stamina.

I suppose the purpose for my post is to inform those that do compete in races and high intensity workouts. To those that this statement applies, please take care of yourselves during training and race days. Follow all the rules when hydrating and taking in food.

Mark left behind a great family, wife, and 2 young daughters (1 & 3yrs old). Please keep them in your thoughts & prayers during this most difficult time.

    Mike
