Four rounds of work, each round is capped at five minutes. Row first, followed by max reps of work – the row/work portion of the round must be completed in three minutes, followed by two minutes of rest.

    139. Invalid though cause had more than 2 mins rest on each round.

    Opted for Main Site WOD today, due to the most PERFECT running weather. Did GHD situps during the 90 second rest for some extra punch.
    8rds of 400m, 90sec rest.
    DIdnt keep time, but it was SLOW.

    Great job to the 4:30 and 6 pm classes today. Thanks again for bearing with me concerning the key situation (at least I can lock the door on the way out with my key,I just can’t get in)!!

    Thanks to Eric and Andrew for staying late to watch me suffer through one of my least favorite WOD’s, “Fran.”
