		<description>Great job to the 4:30 and 6 pm classes today.  Thanks again for bearing with me concerning the key situation (at least I can lock the door on the way out with my key,I  just can&#039;t get in)!!

		<description>Opted for Main Site WOD today, due to the most PERFECT running weather. Did GHD situps during the 90 second rest for some extra punch. 
8rds of 400m, 90sec rest. 
DIdnt keep time, but it was SLOW.</description>
