Check out this video of Chad Vaugh from a recent Olympic lifting seminar. Chad is a two-time Olympian and was at the seminar that Andy and Angie recently attended. The video is amazing – watch how fast his feet and elbows move!

(The really funny part is listening to Andy cheer for him – the voice you hear in the background cheering and clapping when no one else is cheering or clapping – that would be Andy.)

You can even hear Andy MOANING in the background….
… and its not from doing Angie.
    Was that funny?

  2. Minimum Effort

    Yes!

Proof positive that somewhere in your Mommy addled brain there exists at least an ember of a fully functional PE majors mind.

That is unless Andy wrote that for you?

Baby, I thought it was funny. Good for you?

I got so excited at .58 on the 3rd lift I started clapping. Course I was the only one.

Tried to make it out to do the WOD #3 (for sectionals) yesterday but was on a tight schedule (Sorry, Andy)! Still managed to squeeze it in at another time though.

WOD #3: 10:52 Rx’d (+4 lbs on my med ball)
Hoping to get sub 10 on game day.

WOD #1 is pretty harsh too…more so I would say. I would recommend giving this one a try as well. Rough…but worth the pain.

  9. max Effort!

That’s pretty fast Candice. I had some back issues almost right away and could never get past it. I think I was 14:20 or 12:40, can’t remember. Ronin smoked it.
