		<description>Tried to make it out to do the WOD #3 (for sectionals) yesterday but was on a tight schedule (Sorry, Andy)!  Still managed to squeeze it in at another time though.  

WOD #3:  10:52 Rx&#039;d (+4 lbs on my med ball) 
Hoping to get sub 10 on game day.

WOD #1 is pretty harsh too...more so I would say.  I would recommend giving this one a try as well.  Rough...but worth the pain.</description>
