25 squats, pushups, situps, pullups
50 squats, pushups, situps, pullups
75 squats, pushups, situps, pullups

This WOD is a tough one, following a great week of WODs. Sometimes a WOD approaches that can be just brutal, and you have to decide beforehand if your goal is to do the WOD as Rxd and chip through it, or do you scale it to maximize your power output to gain the greatest benefits.

Today, every person scaled the WOD in order to finish around 20 – 25 minutes. Every athlete pushed hard to achieve maximum power output and work through whichever body weight movement was the most challenging. I’m really proud of the class today – GREAT WORK!! (Be sure to post your time and modifications!)

    Seems like my time was around 20 minutes. Ronin and I finished about the same. Scaled all the pullups to 25 and scaled the situps to 20 GHD’s every round. That part didn’t really feel like scaling though.

    i’m made the guys at the station do the saturday wod today.
    very unhappy firemen.

    WAY over the prescribed time limit. Did man pushups and GHD. But still…
    I am a bad crossfitter….
    And now I have had too much wine…

    Scaled to 25 Pull Ups and Push Ups, the 25 50 75 thing on the rest.

    garage work out. did 25, 50, 75 on everythinig except pull ups…did 25 pull ups throughout. ~23:30.
