This WOD is a tough one, following a great week of WODs. Sometimes a WOD approaches that can be just brutal, and you have to decide beforehand if your goal is to do the WOD as Rxd and chip through it, or do you scale it to maximize your power output to gain the greatest benefits.
Today, every person scaled the WOD in order to finish around 20 – 25 minutes. Every athlete pushed hard to achieve maximum power output and work through whichever body weight movement was the most challenging. I’m really proud of the class today – GREAT WORK!!
