Hey Ryan. I took a survey amongst Saturday’s WODers and the overwhelming consciousness was – Cool WOD, do it again with four rounds.
In stark contrast to today’s WOD

According to Michael Pollan we are just pawns in Corn’s pursuit of world domination. Just of general interest Eric Schlosser will be speaking at UNT on Wed. April 21 at 8:00 pm. He’s the author of Fast Food Nation, and Food, Inc.

Angie,
Another party I wasn’t invited to
We set up the bars in increments from 65 to 155. I think we were going for 10 pound jumps at the really pow weights?
3 Rounds
Run 400m
Get as far as you can C&J through the weights
When you get to 155 or fail
15 Pull Ups
Will you give Andy his book!
