Hey Ryan. I took a survey amongst Saturday’s WODers and the overwhelming consciousness was – Cool WOD, do it again with four rounds.

In stark contrast to today’s WOD

Newly’s strategy quickly went out the window when I realized I couldn’t do 50 in a row.

According to Michael Pollan we are just pawns in Corn’s pursuit of world domination. Just of general interest Eric Schlosser will be speaking at UNT on Wed. April 21 at 8:00 pm. He’s the author of Fast Food Nation, and Food, Inc.

10:08. Good suggestion by Terri to split into 6×25 chunks. Turned into sets of 10.

    Another party I wasn’t invited to 🙁

We set up the bars in increments from 65 to 155. I think we were going for 10 pound jumps at the really pow weights?

    3 Rounds

    Run 400m

Get as far as you can C&J through the weights

When you get to 155 or fail

    15 Pull Ups

Will you give Andy his book!

    Squat – 85X5, 85X5, 135X5, 185X5, 225X5, 225X5, 225X5

Good job by the 6pm class and both of our first timers!
