As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Weighted pullups (25 lb.)
200m Run
5 Handstand pushups

Post rounds to comments. The modification for weighted pullups is strict (no kip) pullups. Handstand pushup modifications can vary from use of bands to box to get into a handstand position.

I did something else. It was pretty hard. It’d take too long to explain so I’ll just post my time. 12:59.

You’re right, that was terrible. The workout says you have to do a deadlift, a squat and a shoulder press and it has to equal 900 pounds and you have to do it ten times. So, I did one 150lb shoulder press, one 325 pound squat and one 425 pound deadlift, 10 times.

Last night there was a discussion after the WOD on fish oil and how much you are supposed to supplement. Here is an easy calculator to determine how much you should take.
