    Every time DUs come up I feel like a dunce. How hard can it be to just do two intervals instead of one and yet I still cant do it.

    First time to do wallballs and DUs.. well, I CAN’T do DUs.. yet. 🙂 Anyway.. I can feel those lat muscles.. feels good. Yay for four girls at 6am!!

    good work 6pm’ers. i remembered today why i like 6am….i dreaded this workout all day long. 14:32….came very close to blowing chow. thanks to whiskey and bucky.

    Recent study on exercise in hot weather. Posted at Ronin’s request. Whisky, I’m afraid it was those pink shorts. Still, may be useful in consideration of upcoming hot weather:

    Compared with cold water, ice slurry ingestion lowered preexercise rectal temperature, increased submaximal endurance running time in the heat (+19% ± 6%), and allowed rectal temperature to become higher at exhaustion. As such, ice slurry ingestion may be an effective and practical precooling maneuver for athletes competing in hot environments.
    Paleo smoothy: frozen grass-fed ground round and frozen sweet potato, in blender.

    Both around 15 minutes. Wall Balls were so freaking hard.
