    Annie – 9:15 Rx, not a PR by a long shot.

    I don’t deadlift before noon anymore.

    Good work this AM folks. The lifting took a little bit of time which is fine but next time we do double unders in a WOD lets get some skill work in beforehand. I know all of us have to run off to work post workout so we’re in a time crunch. Write down your time on the WOD and the weights you moved so we can compare in the future and track progress.

    Lucas after only 4 Shake Weight WODS I increased my ability to jolt/jerk things back an forth at a rapid pace over 36%.

    His 10k time is my 5k time which means if I were racing a 5k while he was running a 10k, he would pass me on every one of my laps.

    I think Mackey set CF7 records on both DLsx5 and Annie. At least, I know he did on Annie. Max may have something to say about the DLsx5. Regardless, great work.

    Chris Solinsky must have done a ton of Shake weight.

    Every 400m he did the entire 10k would have been CF7 record for 400m.

    Paukune ~ I did do a little “jog” post WOD (only 400 mtrs) + 30 sledgehammers!! DLsx5 ended w/only 115#; tripled jumps/singles in WOD, enjoyed the sit-ups as usual. I love being a “rooster”….doesn’t everybody want to be a “rooster”??

    Worked up to sets of 5 @ 245#. I’m not as brave on this lift as I once was.
