    Paukune – you own me running but your strategy was flawed. you ran the first 400 in about 32 seconds. you almost caught dike.

    22:35 on the metcon. Bucky could’ve whipped you all if he knew how to squat and didn’t have a 195# anchor attached to him. Sadly he barely knows how to sit.
