As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

    What are we supposed to shoot for on the movements…

    PU – chin over bar, full extension arms at base
    PS – chest to floor, full extension arms at top
    SQ – ass below parallel

    Is this right?

    I’ve been avoiding this WOD for 6 months. I will keep avoiding for the time being. But I am glad to see more benchmarks are coming up, we need to start stacking the board with more times!!
