    Lauren gave me some tips on butterfly kips on Saturday, and I got them down yesterday! (THANK YOU LAUREN!) I was pumped to see pullups on main site today – first round of Barbara, got 12 butterflies in a row, promptly tore my hands up on #16 and had to sub something else in for pullups…Sank said I have super girly hands 🙂
