The social was a blast!! Thanks Kristin for having everyone over. Angie, you were the life of the party even though I never got to see you. Impressive how you accomplished that!

13.5 rounds @ 115 probably could have done a little more, but my hands were starting to rip pretty good. Didn’t want to get blood all over the bar.

Brent tried to one up Killer by putting a hole in the floor. That looked like it hurt a lot.

Amy I have to give you credit. You’re a lot faster than I thought you would be. I was worried there for a second.

p.s. Ryan don’t forget my key. Don’t make me call you.

11 @ 115 lbs – hard wod for me – knees to elbows are the worst

Brent – Founder of the C7 Rooster Elite Diving Team – first dive of the morning from the top of the pull up bar – he nailed a perfect face plant – the judges all gave him a 10’s

12 @ 85.. agree with E, probably should’ve done more lb but I was slow as molasses on those knees to elbows, they are not cool.

Nice race Eric and Amy. That was cool.

Hope you’re ok Brent, I didn’t see it but heard it, ouch. Everything was pretty wet, I don’t know about ya’ll, but my hands stink when we are done.. are we getting hand fungus???? Sick nasty wet bar, ripping blisters that is so gross!

Ya.. that would be cool if Eric had a key. I mean.. it’s fun getting up early and sitting in the parking lot and all, but we should probably be warming up. 😉

Did the workout RX, but don’t remember my results!

Head still hurts. Just wish Ronin was there for the YouTube post.

An eight-foot fall from parallel does not feel so good on concrete.

OMG Brent ~ what happened? Just got back in town late afternoon and decided to wait and get back in swing on Wednesday….glad I didn’t see it. WOW. Hope you’re OK.

Yes! Have you ever smelled your hands after a WOD?? Sick!

Hey Faith! Somewhere in last week’s comments, you “missed me”!!….thanks ~ how sweet. Sounds like in one week, the competition is rising. I’m just going to sneak back in and go to my little corner. Was able to work out at hotel in route to mountain and hotel in route back, but no crossfit at 8,900+ feet…not even dumbbells in my tent….no oxygen. Down in the valley, though, there was a swing set – no swings or slides or anything, just the bar frame -full of little indian kids hanging/swinging from it. If I was cell phone literate, I would have fow’d pic w caption “Navajo crossfit” – they could do pull ups like nobody’s business. Weren’t as cooperative when I asked them to do push ups??*#**!! Ha

13 at 65 and 3 knee to elbows left.. couldn’t finish. As for smelling my hands… hmmm I don’t, that’s sick and that’s why I wear gloves, maybe Brent should invest in some, he might not have fallen and bopped his head and shoulder, sure hope your ok!

Nice race Eric.. your quick for a young pup! ha
need a little more warm up then 30 sec. Next time.

    Faith… buy some Gloves!!! 

For the afternoon crew – PLEASE BRING A SWEAT TOWEL! I’ve fallen off of the bar in the past, and it’s really not any fun (it’s a recipe for all things bad to happen).

Brent, I hope you are ok!!

The real reason you didn’t show Lori is you are still recovering from wrestling bears.

Faith you have a weird fetish. Just be normal like the rest of us and don’t smell your hands.

Amy, what exactly do you think the insides of your gloves smell like?

    Looks like a fun WOD.

I guess I’ll need to do 110# so the young Mr. Paukune can maintain.

Knees to elbows are so easy. Toes to bar grim for those of us who cant touch (or smell) them.

My cool high speed camera showed today. Will film some technique stuff once Karli figures out how to work the thing.

Who brought the purple and orange bowls to the party? I took them home and washed them, but didn’t know who to give them back to – they will be on the table by the door 🙂

A side note – I bought a replacement mop head (the wrong one!) and lightbulbs that were also the wrong ones…if anyone wants them, I will leave them by the coffee pot.

I’ll wash and scrub, but I’ll leave the smelling to you. I’m just an amateur.

Amie, thanks the purple bowls are mine.
And Whisky…. my gloves smell like honeysuckle!!! 

You’re just masking what’s there. Which is worse. I had a buddy in college that would never wash his PT gear. Ever. He would just spray with febreeze. This is why I can’t tolerate the smell of febreeze and soon the smell of honeysuckle.

LOL… I promise, they do not smell!!! It’s really amazing. I barely sweat, so maybe that’s why.
Just have your nose ready on Wed!! haha

14 with 115# (should have gone heavier) Set out to do 3/Rnd which kept me out of the aerobic zone most of the way. Did two sets in the first minute and a half of last round and realized that I was so far ahead of Paukune that I probably needed to cool it lest he get discouraged, particularly after Saturdays beat down.

OTOH, he does run 4 miles to CF7 before the WOD…
