Don’t know what a Sumo Deadlift Highpull is? This video has good tips on proper technique (I would add that after you drive the bar up, on the way down, PUSH the bar to the ground, rather than letting it pull you down – it will be easier to push down.)

    17:47 rx – I think I should use a sun dial instead of a clock – so slow – KB swings were tough

    I can’t even begin to wrap my mind around how strong Rob O. is! “Rob jerks 300 pounds… for a set of 10; his axle clean is nearly 400 pounds; He has completed ‘Grace’ at 225 pounds in under 5 minutes; He can rep out double bodyweight backsquats (380 pounds) for eleven reps; He completed 50 cleans at 225 in 6:44. He also owns a record for his 365 pound axle press. His CrossFit total is 1,309….475 squat, 241 press, 593 deadlift.”

    Paukune thanks for the notice on the 9:00 a.m. Angie class. I must of missed the notification in the weekly CF7 email blast.

    Angie is a great coach and with a bit of work I think she can help Kristen achieve her goal of not thinking. That should bring some real excitement to her professional life.

    These Inov-8 shoes are pretty cool.
