A suicide bomber killed seven CIA officers and one Jordanian officer at a remote base in southeastern Afghanistan on December 30, 2009 after posing as a potential informant reporting on Al Qaeda. Seven new stars will be etched onto the memorial wall at the CIA where every star represents grieving friends, family and colleagues dedicated to fight against the enemy, forever in their name.

    Looks like a doozy.

Awesome work Candice. Saw Ronin’s video on YouTube. You dominated. Know you’ll do great at the Games too.

This WOD took Miko and Speal 20 minutes so the rest of us humans will need at least 30-45.

By the way anyone that has attended our Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday lifting club AKA “Club Awesome”, for the next 6 weeks when Dutch is in South Africa the location will be my box, AKA “The Shelby Box”. So if you are interested in lifting heavy weights please let me know so you can join us. All are welcome. My house is 30 seconds from TCU.

Hey Andrew, Dutch said it was OK to take all his really good weights and stuff over to your house for us to mess with.

    That sounds like him.

I just purchased some new weights though so I have plenty for several people to lift at once. Saturdays around 11am will be the main “Club Awesome” lifting days.

Quit at 5 rounds and 26 minutes. No effort, no stamina, no heart. Maybe it was the heat.
