    I’m going to try and be at the gym around 4:45-5:00 so I can do some back squats. Anyone is welcome to join if you want to learn how to properly perform a low bar back squat or get strong.

    One day we were all working on double unders. The technique I use is to go hard on the first spin and coast on the second. I couldn’t find anyone else who did this, nevertheless anyone who recommened this technique. But if you go to today’s crossfit.com and watch the South Central video, there’s a guy using that method at the 2:30 mark. The video is of his shadow which makes it easier to see. This might be a helpful strategy if you can’t do double unders yet.

    I did the runs but didn’t write down the times.

    Before that:

    Squat – 135X5, 185X5, 205X5, 235X5X3
    Press – 95X5, 115X5, 135X3, 135X2
    Deadlift – 135X5, 225X5, 275X5

    5 strict muscle ups
    7 consecutive kipping muscle ups
