“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Compare to Jan. 15, 2010. Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
Faith sent in these pictures….Keller and his wall, the area also known as “The Bermuda Triangle”. Bad things happen down in that area of the gym, and it’s best to just avoid it all together

Yea, Im pretty close to the before and after…Actually that wall was talking alot noise that day. Lucky for the gym, we have made up and decided to move on.
