    Clock got stuck at 12:00. I finished at 12:25ish.

    Congratulations to Faith for beating me at back extensions. Although you did rub it in a little by doing 22 extra after I had stopped. I think that was on purpose. Too bad you had to leave. You missed out on all the heckling. I’ll have to think of something else to challenge you at. I need to even the score.

    Watch out for Marie(I think that was her name). Ignored Ryan’s advice and did 4 rounds. Pretty soon she’ll be at the head of the class.

    Props to Mark for doing 5 rounds.

    10:45. Tougher than it sounded. Paukune, 5 gold stars for completing 5 rounds and showing the rest of us up (oh and good BS on the caption even though no one else will get it) Faith, impressive. Eric, take newleys advice… dont mess with her. Losing proposition. Good rooster crew.

    Give up now Scott? I don’t think so. Her confidence is high so she’ll underestimate me and the only thing I have to lose is pride, which I have lots of.

    Faith the only way I would run against you is if we were doing sprints. Otherwise I would get lapped A LOT. I wouldn’t mind the exercise, but you’d have to come early. No way I would let anyone else witness it! I would kick your butt on dead lifts and back squats or at least I hope so. Rowing might be interesting and tug of war could be fun, since you have freakishly strong legs.

    Killer just for that comment I’m going to put a bigger hole in the wall and gloat.

    For your lifts it will need to be as % bodyweight rather than the raw weight you can lift.

    Man whisky you’re killing me here! It has been a while since I’ve maxed on DL. Pretty sure I did 235 +/-5 and I don’t think I’ve ever maxed out on back squats. Maybe I’ll figure that out on Friday before the workout. Oh yea I only weigh 50lbs.

    Faith I’m bringing in a scale if we do % BW. Women are such liars when it comes to weight.

    Guys. Fri will be a good test of strength. You can choose between 2 totals. 1)squat , press, deadlift or 2) powerclean, overhead squat, benchpress

    I don’t think that is really Ryan. I have not bench pressed in 15 years. My old max was 315. Don’t think it will ever be feasible again.

    ps is anyone else SORE? Good grief, my shoulders, my lats, my chest.. and my butt is the worst, hurts to sit.

    CF is awesome.. I get nasty bruises and I have no idea where they come from, bruised/scraped up knees, torn up hands and I can’t remember what it feels like not to be sore…
