    Only scaling here is girls can use the girl bar if they want, but traditionally, everyone does this one the same. I’d say use the band on the pullups if you’re getting less than 3 at a time in your first set of 10, but I’m really just making that up.

    On the stuff that Andy makes up, I’m told you can scale by listening to every other word, or taking out the vowels. I’m going to take out the vowels.

    Actually there’s a decoder ring in every box of Cap’n Crunch. Nobody has one, though, because it’s not paleo AND it cuts the roof of your mouth.

    7 mile run @ noon, not a great idea.. 65 min, and tabata sit ups Whisky because I probably didn’t go hard enough..
