    The epi pen was 4-yrs expired – just loaded up on benadryl and took a four hour nap!

    DLs 225-245-265-275-295. One rep PR @ 315. Lower back is feeling it. Annie 14:32. 50 and 40 were brutal on the DU’s but broke through on the 30-20-10. Fun WOD. See ya’ll in the morn…unless someone’s hankerin’ for a happy hour that is….dike, whiskey, coonie, bueller???

    Same as Sank except i quit while trying 315#. He filled my mind with injury talk prior to trying it. it was over.

    OMG Brent!!

    Sank, sorry for the soar lower back. You have a more legitimate reason with 315#. I was just 125# and have an ice pack on as I type!! ouch. For some reason I could hear Paukune’s voice…”I mean I hit the ground and was on morphine for three days”!!! Hmmmm.
