5 Power Cleans (155 lb./115 lb.)
35-45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (right hand)
7 Burpees
35-45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (left hand)
(You can select your weight on the dumbbell.)

Advanced WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
185 pound Back squat, 7 reps
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (right hand)
7 Burpees
45 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (left hand)

    8 rds + 5 cleans 5 squats w/ right hand @ 115 for cleans & 35 for overhead lungs

    My power clean is much worse than my back squat so I chose to do the regular over advanced. The lunges were awful.

    Amy, you should get your brother to come to a class.

    Leah is definitely a friend of Faiths. Talking about fungus HAH.

    10 rounds.. my weight was sissy, 85# PC and 20# dumbbell 😛 I think I chose right though because I didn’t stop but felt like I was on the brink..

    So glad Leah is in! She’s going to be great!

    7 rounds and 5 clean at 135# with serious struggle on the overhead lunges. not a fun workout.

    200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice
    5:50 rest 10 min

    Almost 8 rounds, till I pulled the top of my quad muscle doing lunges.
    wimpy 75 lbs cleans, 20 lb lunges. Think it was a first time I liked burpees.. I got to rest.
