What’s new on the CrossFit Journal (CFJ)?

Check out Mic’d up with Chuck Carswell. Chuck is on the CrossFit Headquarters training staff, and if you ever get to see him lift in person, he is wicked strong and fast. This article is a free download and chronicles Chuck’s adventures as a judge for the 2010 Games.

Another gem is this free download from Speal, Spirit of the Games. Speal is a CrossFit legend and one of the most gifted (AMAZING) athletes I’ve ever seen.

Be sure to check out the CFJ website. New articles are posted daily, and there is a wealth of information here. A yearly subscription is $25 and worth every penny.

    15:05 using 18# kb on windmills and 35# kb on halos. Fun workout.

    Eric, I’m disappointed in you. Leaving me hanging (and dying!) on the run this morning!!

    I plan to come back with a vengeance on Tuesday, I’ll be doing beach training for the next 3 days!!!
