(And yes, we are a few days behind on the mobility WOD project…be sure to get three lacross balls to use in the pain cave in the future. Feel free to read up on the posts as well because we will skip to the correct days next week!)

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Two rounds of Cindy (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats x 2)
5 Hang Cleans (135 lb./95 lb.)
200m Run

    I forgot to mention, on the mobility WODs, you need to do them daily! They will not be part of the official CF7 WOD, so do them at work, at home in front of the TV, at the airport, you name it. The more time you spend in KStar’s pain cave, the more PRs you will gather, the better your WODs will be, and you’ll be able to sustain your power throughout your WOD. Make a commitment to do these WODs every day!

    Amie, I had to do the 6am today. I should be able to make the 6pm mañana. I am not going to bail on some awesome pre-hab LOL

    5.5 or 6.5 rounds(brain not work good) @ 115#

    Very brutal workout. Push ups were definitely the hardest part.

    First Tuesday morning class and only 3 people showed. I’m disappointed in my fellow roosters.

    I am seriously sore from yesterdays WOD. Usually takes me a day and then the soreness sets in…

    6 rounds @ 135lb. Brutal but awesome wod.
