    I’m sitting here thinking about it… I would have to say 20-25 min.?? the 800m run will be harder than you think.

    I think this WOD is a 17-25 minuter….the 800m runs will take 3-4 minutes each, and the squat cleans, though only 5 reps, are going to be tough. It’s going to be an ab-killer for sure! Am excited to see what everyone does and times posted!!!

    Barely beat Ronin. 7:51 RX. Did the first 800 in 1:31 but by the last one I had slowed down to a 1:46.

    Afterwards, did 5 sets of 8 leg extensions, lat pulldowns and lateral shoulder raises.

    Thanks Mark, but that time I was actually not trying to be – I missed the three rounds part.

    So I’m guessing real runners like you and Bo are around 18 or so?

    Those two bodybuilders seemed to have misplaced their penis… I hope they don’t read this blog.

    I might miss the run tomorrow, so don’t wait up if I’m not there at 5. My conscience will probably drag me there though.

    20:23 or 20:33 Rx with V-crawl – Eric I thought you were faster than that. Are you doing the math right?

    18:10 – 75# (should’ve gone heavier, I always forget to widen my stance which makes it much more easier), bear crawls and handstand “dips” (should’ve done 10 instead of 5)

    Leah, I never “want” to run. The only reason I show is because I enjoy y’alls company. Plus I don’t totally suck at it, so the competitive side of me wants to see how good I can get. Basically I want to beat Mark, Faith, and Brent. 🙂

    Brent, I could be a little off on my time. I saw Mark finish, so I doubt it took me 85 seconds to run 50m.

    3 rounds for time
    40 abmat sit ups5 95# squat cleans
    overhead walking (was about 40 feet)
    bearcrawl forward and backward (was about 40 feet)
    800 M run


    Thank God it wasn’t 100 today.

    Oh, and….

    Getting O lifting “certified” next month.

    Giving truth to the aphorism that those who can’t do teach, and those who can’t teach, teach PE.

    No, not dissing the tall chick who majored in volleyball and PE

    Actually I can do and teach, but limited to high speed precision shooting and cooking.
