went very slow over 20 min used 70# wanted to keep good form – looking back should have gone faster and more weight
Post WOD
followed by 5×5 squats starting at 205# last set 225# (this is heavy for me) then 5×5 push press starting at 115# last set 130#

I have really missed everyone this week!! I am headed to the dr. on Tuesday for what I hope is my last visit and clearance to workout again!! YAY! Can’t wait to get back at it, though it’s going to be slow going for a bit.
