Get to know…..Lauren Lindsey!
How long have you been a CrossFitter? About 2 1/2 years
What is your previous sports/fitness background? gymnastics, tumbling and cheerleading. I was a tumbling coach when I started CrossFit.
What is your favorite CrossFit WOD? I like Filthy Fifty and Fight Gone Bad
Least Favorite? Anything with burpees on the minute, that is a terrible idea.

What do you hope to accomplish by doing CrossFit? Functional fitness of course!
Do you train for a specific purpose (ie, another sport)? I just enjoy working out and CrossFit is fun. It is a stress reliever for me.
What are your CrossFit goals? To be stronger than Andrew
Do you paleo or zone? Neither, I like food too much to ruin the enjoyment of a good meal. Although I try to stick to unprocessed foods with ingredients I can pronounce.
Would you rather do 100 burpees, 100 pullups or 100 squats? 100 burpees, that’s the best workout overall. 100 pulls ups are too many and 100 squats are too few.
What do you do when you are not at CrossFit? Study, I graduate in December from nursing school!
Lifting shoes of Vibram five fingers? Lifting shoes, the pink ones 🙂
What is on your favorite CrossFit t-shirt? definitely not a rooster
What is the best piece of advice you’d give a new CrossFitter? You won’t turn into a man beast by lifting heavy weight, girls. So load up.
What CrossFit certs have you been to or hope to go to? I’ve been to Level 1 and learned more about a squat then I knew possible. I’d really like to go to an Oly cert!
If you could have dinner with three CrossFit all-stars, who would it be? Andy, Angie and Andrew! That’s always fun and you are all-stars to me!
What do you like best about CrossFit Seven? The people of course!
