Mobility WOD

WOD:
Power snatch 2-2-2-2-2
followed by
20 Squat Clean and Jerk (155 lb./105 lb.)

Post snatch weight and C&J time to comments.

The snatch is a lift that requires sound technique, and it is also one lift that can cause you to suffer from paralysis by analysis. Get out of your head and focus on jumping the bar through a range of motion – all you have to think about is jumping and landing, keeping the bar close to your body. Snatch also is not a strength lift – it’s all about speed through the middle. Watch Aimee Everett….if you blink, you’ll miss it. Now that’s fast!!! (How many times did you have to watch to see the full lift??)

Kettlebells, box jumps and situps make for a fun day!

So much for me showing up this morning. Sleeping 14 straight hours through 3 alarms set at different times was a higher priority.

Nice job on the 20CJs Miles.
