Saturday WOD photos (thank you Ronin!)

My favorite time of the week is after Saturday WOD. Saturdays are great because the WODs are usually a team WOD and include elements we don’t usually do during the week. After WOD is truly the best time because there is lots of lifting to be done, technique lessons, and the heavy lifters come out to play….

Best quote of the day from one of the teachers at my school….she has a pain in her leg, so she says to me, “You’ve wrecked every part of your body, so I just figured if I described it to you, you’d know what is was….” haha…

Mark you lifted 95# not 90#. Also the cert is 9-5:30 not 5. Show up early the first day.

Faith I am there at 5. There is no one to teach at 4:30 besides stray cats and their form is terrible.

Miles, I think that if we can learn one thig from my giant time decrease, it’s that I didn’t push myself hard enough this morning!!! That said, thanks for the props I did pat myself on the back 🙂
