Thanksgiving week schedule:
Friday – 9 am, 4:15 pm and 5 pm classes only.
Saturday – Regular schedule (9am class).

WOD:
Two rounds of:
25 Pushups
25 Squats
25 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
25 Box Jumps
25 Pullups
25 Walking Lunges
25 Situps
25 Wallballs
25 Burpees
