As a team of three, complete seven stages for time of:

Stage 1: Team 400m Run
Stage 2: 60 Air Squats, 30 Burpee Knee High Jumps, 60 Situps
Stage 3: Team completes 100 Wallballs
Stage 4: Sumo Deadlift Highpulls, 30 Deadlifts, 35 Box Jumps
Stage 5: Team completes 100 Pull-ups
Stage 6: 40 Kettlebell Swings (1 pood), 12 Squat Cleans, 80 Mountain Climbers
Stage 7: Team completes 100 Burpees
